How far in advance should I book?

• For 2027 dates, booking 3–9 months in advance is ideal, especially for weekend dates, festival slots, and corporate events. Shorter notice can sometimes be accommodated depending on availability.

What's included in a typical booking?

• Performance for the agreed set length, professional sound (Cam brings PA for smaller venues; larger venues typically provide), setlist tailored to your event, and promotional support via Cam's social channels when appropriate. Does Cam provide sound equipment (PA) or is it required?

• For smaller venues and private events, Cam can provide a self-contained PA system suitable for up to ~150 guests. For larger venues, festivals, and corporate events, professional venue-provided sound is expected. Full details are in the tech rider.

What's the setup and soundcheck time required?

• Solo acoustic: ~30 minutes. Duo/trio: ~45 minutes. Full band: 60–90 minutes plus a proper soundcheck. Access to load-in must be available at that time.

How long is a typical set?

• 45, 60, 75, 90, or 120 minutes. Multi-set bookings (two 75-minute sets with a break, for example) are also available. Custom set lengths available on request.

What genres of songs can Cam perform for events?

• Cam's core catalog is original country/country-rock. For corporate, private, and wedding-adjacent bookings, Cam also performs a curated set of country classics, current country hits, and crossover crowd favorites. Special song requests can be arranged in advance.

Do you require a deposit? What's the cancellation policy?

• A 50% deposit is typically required to hold the date but not required; the balance is due on the day of performance. Cancellations more than 60 days out receive a full deposit refund; cancellations 30–60 days out receive a 50% refund; cancellations inside 30 days forfeit the deposit. Weather-related force majeure is handled case-by-case.

Are travel, lodging, and meals included in the quoted rate?

• For local Nashville-area bookings, all costs are included in the quoted rate. For out-of-market bookings, travel is included; lodging (or an RV hookup) and day-of meals for the artist/band are the responsibility of the booker unless otherwise negotiated.

What promotional support does Cam provide?

• Once a show is confirmed, Cam promotes the date across his social channels (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube) and adds the show to Bandsintown, Songkick, and the tour dates on this site. High-res press photos, bio, and streaming links are available in the EPK for your own promotion.
